Mohammed Fakhrul Hussain

I have studied at the Institute of Islamic Education Dewsbury for 11 yrs and graduated with Distinction in the rulings of Sharia (Islamic Sciences). I also memorised the Quran after completing Islamic Sciences course at the same Institute. After my graduation from The Institute, I spent a year in the Asian subcontinent for dawah purposes.

I am currently completing my QTLS qualification with British college of Britain whilst working at Ebrahim Academy.

I have been a teacher at Ebrahim academy for over 5 years now, initially started as a part-time Tahfeez teacher. I am currently teaching GCSE Arabic and RE. My other roles at the school include pastoral lead and child protection officer, member of the SLT, trips and events coordinator.

I am currently Head of department at our Rashidun weekday supplementary school.

I have been nominated as a teacher representative. It is a privilege to be working in this school with an innovative and dedicated team, inquisitive and enthusiastic learners and supportive parents.

I understand the vital part education and supportive relationships play in the development of children. To enhance my relationship with the school community, I am pleased to be serving as a Staff Representative Governor of Ebrahim Academy.

I wish to support the school to grow from strength to strength and aspire to maintain and enhance the excellent standards the school has already achieved.
